Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are 28 days. Contractors may wish to read the following explanation of how their timesheet submission relates to cleared funds in their accounts.

To ensure that you are paid promptly, a hard copy invoice and timesheet should be received by us no later than noon on the Tuesday following the week worked.
On the Tuesday which is closest to the 28th day anniversary of the receipt of both your invoice and timesheet, the payment instruction will be sent to the bank for funds to be transferred electronically. These should clear into your bank account two days later which will normally be on the Thursday.
If preferred, alternative payment arrangements can be made to post a cheque out to you on the 28th day anniversary of the receipt of both your invoice and timesheet.
