IT Consultancy


In addition we are now able to offer a full IT consultancy service to assist clients who have a shortfall in their IT management expertise or resource levels. By providing a discovery service we can assess a client's whole IT function and provide advice, specific recommendations, and project plans, including cost estimations and expected ROI. Should the client wish we can also fully manage and resource any IT projects that they then wish to undertake, providing a turn-key IT management service.

 

Examples of recent projects undertaken:

 

  • Provision and management of 3rd level 24x7x365 HP-UX helpdesk function to international Telecoms company.
  • Migration of PCs for manufacturing company, including pre-check, migration of user account, computer and mail box, perform post check & acceptance procedure with end user.
  • Provision of 2nd and 3rd level flexible support desk (Windows Server, Exchange, Office suite) including on-site Engineers as required.
  • Performing application discovery and managing migration of over 900 applications to Windows Vista for a manufacturing company.
