Paper/Fax Timesheets
You can print an A4 formatted monochrome version via your web browser. You can also download/view the jpeg file directly: timesheet.jpg (181KB). Please send your completed timesheets via email to accounts@pscomputer.co.uk or via fax to (023) 8046 4645.
Electronic Timesheets
When you first start contract work through us we supply you with an electronic timesheet (spreadsheet) for your convenience. You will need to email the electronic timesheet to us at accounts@pscomputer.co.uk. Please also forward a copy to your manager and ask him/her to send an email approving the timesheet to accounts@pscomputer.co.uk
The timesheets are in spreadsheet format and you must complete either the daily timesheet or the hourly timesheet (not both). The spreadsheets are in Microsoft Excel (MS Office) format but should be accessible by most office productivity suites including the freely available OpenOffice.org.
If you have any expenses to claim back please detail them at the bottom of the electronic timesheet in the space provided. These will be reported to your manager at the same time as your hours. You will need to check with your manager what s/he is prepared to accept as a legitimate expense and whether or not s/he would like visibility of the receipts. If s/he does not want to see them please send them to us at P.S. retaining a copy for your own files.
